Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

To start a return, contact us at pouchetote@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue in line with your consumer rights.
